Do you Travel?
Absolutely! No travel fees apply for locations within 30 miles of Fond du Lac, WI - but we love to travel worldwide! Reach out for a custom destination or mileage quote.
Will the photos we receive be edited?
100%! While posing and composition are super important, editing is also a large part of delivering a clean, polished image. All images will be lightly retouched to adjust lighting, color, and vibrance to match the session authentically.
Are you insured?
Definitely. As a professional, business insurance is a must and shows I'm serious about my personal and professional safety, as well as yours. I'm happy to send a copy of our certificate of liability insurance to your venue or any other vendors upon request.
When is payment due?
A signed contract & retainer fee are required at time of booking to secure your session. Final balance is due at or before time of session or digital ordering appointment, depending on your package. Payment plans available, reach out to Sam for more information.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Check, PayPal, Venmo and all major Credit Cards. Note: a 3% service fee will be added to all credit card payments.
Can I purchase additional images?
Yes. Pre-built packages come with a certain number of digitals, but you are always welcome to purchase the full gallery or additional photos as an upgrade.
